In the initial registration form it is now possible to specify the name in a foreign language using the Latin alphabet, as well as to close some information that will not be displayed in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. There are also more detailed regulations on the address of the legal entity. Also now it is possible to specify different types of reorganization in the form, i.e. more than one type. For tax authorities these forms contain more information to be included in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. For business, the new regulations mean that there is less probability to receive a suspension due to the inaccuracy or verification of the reliability of these information. But not everything is so unambiguous. On the one hand, many changes have been made to the forms that will optimize them. On the other hand, because of these new nuances, it will take time to sort everything out. Most likely, due to a misunderstanding, in the next six months there will be many refusals to register entrepreneurs.
