- The blockage may also be the result of failure to file returns. The Federal Tax Service takes the decision on the seizure of the account automatically, but in order to unblock it faster it is possible to duplicate the payment order or an inventory of the document attachment: send it by courier and deliver it to the office of the tax authority, added Dmitriev.
