On May 20, 2022 the Managing Partner of Tax Compliance spoke at the St. Petersburg Legal Summit, organized by the "Action Law Group" and the specialized magazine "Corporate Lawyer".

 At this event Mikhail spoke about the practice of "tax reconstruction" at the pre-trial stage during the roundtable devoted to the relations with the regulatory authorities.

 Among the speakers of the session on "The relations with the regulatory authorities. Dialogue with the Federal Tax Service" were also raised such topics as:

  • Pre-inspection analysis
  • Conducting inspections of IT companies
  • International taxation and tax control in the new environment
  • New (old) procedure for initiating criminal cases on tax crimes
  • Tax support measures in 2022.

 

The topics of all speeches were relevant and chosen based on the queries faced by businesses.
