On 19 May 2022, Tax Compliance consultant Alexey Stanchin will speak at the IV International Tax Law Forum, organized by the Academic Society of the Kutafin University (Moscow State Law Academy) with the support of the Russian Federal Tax Service and the Association of Bona Fide Agro-Industrial Market Participants.
At this event in the panel discussion devoted to the relations with the controlling authorities Alexey will talk about the practice of "tax reconstruction" at the pre-trial stage.
The program of the International Forum has been compiled with the participation of representatives of scientific legal community and practice, employees of state authorities, young scientists and law students.
During the plenary session and panel discussions the participants will discuss the tax clause as an instrument for excluding negative consequences in public and civil relations, will analyze compensation for property losses in case of VAT "gap", specifics of court consideration of disputes related to the application of tax clause by tax authorities, practice of Article 54.1 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
