The tax authorities violated the procedural deadlines - they conducted one desk audit for almost nine months instead of the required three months. But it still wanted to sue for tax debts, insisting that the general deadline had not been missed. The company was of a different opinion and went to the Supreme Court, where it argued with a representative of the Federal Tax Service. The Supreme Court ruled in favor of the tax authorities. Mikhail Begunov commented on the decision of the Supreme Court.
