This week the Supreme Court will consider 43 appeals. Among other cases, the Economic Collegium will consider the case of the Maikop Heating Networks MUP.
As part of this process, the Supreme Court will decide whether it is possible to change the amount of rent if the lessor switched from the OSN to the simplified taxation system, given that VAT was included in the payment under the contract.
