On May 11, Mikhail Begunov, Managing Partner of Tax Compliance, and Andrei Solomyanyi, Partner of Tax Compliance, took part in SPB Legal Day, an event held in the framework of St. Petersburg International Legal Forum (SPIEF).

During his presentation at the round table "Business risks in the context of sanctions restrictions and unstable regulation" on "Tax structuring - 2023: tips on structuring business under sanctions", Andrey told about structuring business in "friendly" jurisdictions, in particular he reviewed the holding and trading structures.

Current topics of legal practice and legal technologies were discussed at the event.

Among those who attended the event were representatives of law firms, start-ups, government organizations and other companies that deal with legal issues.
