More than 60% of tax cases are successfully resolved at the pretrial stage

On average, the total number of payments was reduced by 73%. In monetary terms, this amounted to about 77 million rubles. The total amount of savings, both at the pretrial and trial stage, reached almost 2 billion rubles.

Analysts also found out that 63% of successful cases resulted in 47% of them were settled completely at the pretrial stage, and 26% - were settled partially. At the same time, the company's experts point out that it's quite hard to meet the customer request during the litigation stage-just 16% of all the cases have been closed in favor of the customer.
