On 12 November Tax Compliance took part in the Pravo.ru conference dedicated to legal risks in real estate. During the event, business representatives and legal experts identified explicit and implicit legal traps that developers may face. 

Ivan Tsvetkov, Head of Tax Compliance practice area, noted in his speech that it is important for business to promptly assess hidden tax risks. Work with them should be systematic and built into the decision-making model. This will help to create documentary evidence of each transaction and protect against the tax authorities' demands.
