Tax Compliance took part in the fifth legal forum “Law-300”. The speaker from the company was TC partner, lawyer Andrey Solomyanyi. 

The event took place in Moscow on October 31. During the meeting lawyers summarized the first results of the year, discussed current business problems and prospects for the development of the most popular practices in the coming years. The experts highlighted trends in business communications and shared tips on preparing for litigation. 

In 2024 the Russian legal community will celebrate its 35th anniversary. As the organizers of the Law-300 forum noted, during the period of its existence the legal sphere has undergone so many trials that everything that has happened could become the basis for a thriller film with an open ending. 

The comparison with cinematography was reflected in the titles of the forum sessions. Thus, Andrey Solomyanyi became a participant of the session entitled “Bollywood Drama: 50 Tasks of a Lawyer”. 

In his speech Andrey emphasized the importance of tax structuring. According to the TC expert, 2024 was rich in tax innovations, but it also gave businesses new opportunities. One of such opportunities is the activation of special regimes and benefits. To take advantage of them, it is necessary to optimize existing structures, analyze assets and find the optimal structure, the lawyer shared.
