At the forum experts told how a CFO should work in the conditions of the new reality in 2023-2024. What to expect from the new model of the Russian economy and from changes in approaches to tax control. They discussed how a CFO can combine the use of new RPA technologies and take the best from historical practices, such as "self-financing", establish effective work with the Board of Directors and dialog with owners.
