On June 7, Andrey spoke at the expert session at the VIII International Forum of Business and Government on "Taxation and Mandatory Payments in Retail".

The participants discussed topical issues of taxation and retail, in particular:

  • The role of the Federal Tax Service of Russia in the new realities.
  • Measures to support business in terms of reducing the fiscal burden.
  • Optimization of the tax burden.
  • Key areas of interaction between business and the Federal Tax Service of Russia by the end of 2022.


During the session, Andrey told about the landmark cases of tax disputes between retailers, shared his expert opinion on the Supreme Court position regarding VAT taxation of bonuses from suppliers and the key judicial acts on the subject matter as well as commented on the position of the tax authorities regarding VAT taxation of bonuses from dealers.
