COMPANY HISTORY TAX COMPLIANCE

The history of the company's creation begins in 2015. Until the end of 2019, I did not know about its existence, it was conducting quiet and calm consulting work.

I, Mikhail Begunov, am a professional tax attorney.

After working for 10 years in the tax authority and learning all aspects of tax administration, I decided to apply my skills in business and moved to tax consulting. After 8 years of work in this field, striving to continue helping businesses with complex tax issues, I decided to scale my experience, knowledge and capabilities by creating my own consulting company at the end of 2019.

During this period, I was fortunate enough to meet an old acquaintance who offered to buy a company called "Tax Compliance", which translated into Russian means "Compliance with tax laws". This is exactly what I have been doing for the past 18 years. I happily bought this company, launched a new round of its development and fully revealed the concept of Tax Compliance. Thanks to the idea of Tatiana Begunova, the visionary of Tax Compliance, the company's slogan and logo appeared.

Our company logo is a flying helicopter with a lawyer hanging on its ski: with one hand he holds the ski of the helicopter, and in the other hand he holds a folder with documents. In this way, we wanted to relax our client a little and show the ease of our lawyer's flight, since the issues are always complex, and our task is to solve them without immersing the client in the problems arising from the process. In 2021, the company's visionary came up with our first commercial, clearly illustrating this concept.

Why a helicopter?

A helicopter is a difficult-to-control aircraft, not accessible to everyone. Not everyone can overcome the fear of controlling it. It correctly conveys the capabilities of our company: not everyone can solve complex tax issues.

Why is a lawyer hanging on a helicopter ski?
