One of the main legal events of the year - SPILF-2024 - will take place from June 26 to 28. Leading experts of the legal community and representatives of international and Russian business will gather on one platform to discuss the improvement of law enforcement practice, as well as the formation and promotion of legislative initiatives.

Tax Compliance, as a business partner of the forum, held a session «Parameters of a fair tax system. Expectations and possible difficulties». Discussions on modernization of the tax system continue in the State Duma. At the same time, a number of issues in the draft law are currently not specified. The professional community and business are closely monitoring all possible innovations and preparing for large-scale changes. 

Within the framework of the discussion legal experts and heads of large companies discussed certain aspects of tax reform, in particular - the upcoming amnesty for «splitting» business, parameters of the federal tax deduction, as well as issues of application of tax benefits.
