On November 25, Alexander spoke at the conference "Criminal and Subsidiary Liability of Owners and Management: Results of the Year 2022".

At this event in session 2, Alexander spoke on "Criminal Consequences of Tax Offenses" and talked about the amendments to the criminal law regarding tax crimes that have entered into force and the changes being developed.

The experts discussed the peculiarities of the interpretation of the KDL status and its practical application, the criminal component of business conflicts and its reflection in court practice, as well as topical issues of subsidiary liability of beneficiaries, owners and controlling persons in Russia and abroad.
