On March 3, The Case Forum&Awards by Legal Insight, an annual study of cases that changed the legal reality in 2022, where leading representatives of the legal functions of business and consulting choose the best practices and key professionals of the legal industry, took place.

Mikhail Begunov, the Managing Partner of Tax Compliance, awarded the case of "Gazpromneft" (Ruling of the SCEC of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation of 07.10.2022 No 305-ES22-11287 on the case No. A40-82898/2021) in the category "Tax dispute of the year".
