On March 11 within the framework of the Russian Construction Week 2025 Tax Compliance organized a session «Tax aspects of construction projects in 2025: new challenges». Leading TC experts, representatives of tax authorities and major construction associations discussed topical issues faced by the construction business in the current realities.

The speakers spoke about how the economic situation affects tax risks in the industry, the ways to minimize them and how the tax authorities see them. Special attention was paid to the issues of business protection from risks associated with counterparty suppliers and what tax compliance system allows to protect the company. In addition, the experts told what methods of profitability management of construction projects are «safe» from the point of view of tax risk.

The participants asked questions to the speakers and received recommendations on effective planning of their activities in the context of taxation. The session became an important platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience between representatives of the construction sector.
