History of the name of the company begins with the end of 2015, and until the end of 2019 was not previously known to me, conducted a quiet and quiet work of advising.

I, Mikhail Begunov, am a professional tax attorney.

Having worked for 10 years in a tax authority, having learned all aspects of tax administration, I decided to apply my skills for business and moved into tax consulting. After 8 years in tax consulting and having the desire to continue helping businesses with complex tax issues, I made the decision to scale my experience, knowledge and capabilities and start my own consulting company in late 2019.

During this period, I was lucky enough to meet an old acquaintance who offered to buy a company with the name 'Tax Compliance', which translates to 'Tax Compliance.' And that is exactly what I had been doing for the last 18 years. I was happy to buy the company, started a new round of its development and fully disclosed the Tax Compliance message - there was a slogan and a logo, thanks to the idea of the visionary, Tatiana Begunova.

The logo of our company was a flying helicopter with a lawyer hanging from its ski, holding on to the helicopter's ski with one hand, and holding a folder with documents in the other hand. With this logo we wanted to relax our client a little, to show the relaxed flight of our lawyer, because the issues are always complex and our task is to solve them without immersing the client in the problems arising from the process. In 2021 the visionary of the company came up with our first commercial, which clearly showed this.

Why the helicopter?

A helicopter is a complex flying machine that is not accessible to everyone, and not everyone can overcome the fear of operating it. It correctly conveys our company's capabilities - not everyone has access to complex tax issues.
