Anna has extensive professional experience in structuring business processes for companies. In 2013, she received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. Before joining Tax Compliance, she worked in leading financial positions at companies in the construction and oil and gas sectors.
She specialises in consulting in the field of tax and commercial law. She supports projects for Russian companies on a wide range of issues related to taxation and the financial and economic activities of manufacturing companies, including financial planning and reporting, and advises businesses on tax risk optimisation.
Anna's significant projects include:
• Identification of tax reserves to reduce the tax burden and increase tax efficiency in a group of companies, including analysis of applicable tax incentives and structuring their application.
• Designing and providing methodological support for the development of a proprietary Tax Compliance data showcase – Tax Review software.
• Diagnosing companies' readiness to transition to tax monitoring (analysis of accounting policies, accounting processes, and accounting IT systems).
• Conducting tax audits and audits of the company's personnel documents, preparing revised tax returns, which made it possible to recover more than RUB 300 million in overpaid insurance contributions.
