On June 1, Mikhail Begunov, Managing Partner of Tax Compliance, Andrey Solomyanyny, Partner of Tax Compliance and Alexey Stanchin, Senior Tax Consultant of Tax Compliance participated in the St. Petersburg Legal Summit 2023, organized by the "Action Law Group".

At this event during the session "Who Will Win in Tax Dispute in 2023" Tax Compliance experts participated in the simulated court dispute, in which the tax authorities asked to add VAT and profit tax on business "splitting", proceeds from "splitting" and taxes on the increase of the managing company. This duel showed what decision the court will make and how best to strategize in tax disputes in 2023.
