Anastasia has over 4 years of professional experience in tax and taxation. Prior to joining Tax Compliance, she worked at BIG-4 in the Tax Dispute Resolution Group. She graduated with a Bachelor's and Master's degree from the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
She specializes in supporting companies in pre-trial analysis and tax audits, representing clients in pre-trial and court settlement of disputes with tax authorities.
Among the significant projects realized by Anastasia are:
- Supporting a major pharmaceutical distributor in the framework of judicial settlement of a dispute with the tax authority on the issue of «splitting» the business.
- Supporting a leading company in a pre-trial appeal against the results of a tax audit on the issue of reclassification of intra-group services as hidden dividend distribution.
- Supporting a client during an on-site tax audit in the retail sector led to a reduction in the tax authority's claims with regard to challenging advertising expenses.
